Make the ranch slaw. In a medium bowl, toss the cabbage with vegan ranch, lemon juice, and a small pinch of salt. Set aside.

In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, warm the hot sauce, vegan butter, and maple syrup just until the butter melts. Stir well.

Cook the Perfecta chicken breasts as per recommended instructions.

Toss or brush the cooked chicken breasts with the buffalo sauce until coated.
