Baja White Fish Patty Tacos with Chipotle Crema

Make the slaw. In a medium bowl, toss cabbage with lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Set aside.

Make the crema. In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, chipotle, lime juice, and water until smooth.

Cook the Perfecta white fish patties as per recommended instructions. Cut each patty into 2 pieces or break into large chunks.

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame for a few seconds per side. Keep wrapped in a towel.

Fill each tortilla with slaw, fish patty, pico de gallo, and a drizzle of chipotle crema.
